in the middle of horrible avian influenza epidemy in indonesia, it’s a little bit ironic that i prefer chicken soup to defend myself from the virus… the essence in chicken helps to immune your body against contagious diseases…
chicken creme soup
boil about a Liter of water, put a big piece of chicken inside, i prefer the back, it has more fat on the bones
put salt and white pepper and a bit of chopped garlic as you prefer
keep boiling for about an hour until all the goodies from the chicken come out, don’t forget to maintain the water always enough
meanwhile prepare the things you want to put inside the soup, such as corn, carrot, meatball, shrimp, peas, mushroom or anything you could imagine
after one hour, pick the chicken out and you could grab the flesh left in the chicken and put away the bones while the flesh back inside, along with the things you prepared earlier, wait until it’s boiled and cooked
stir 2 tablespoon of maizena (corn flour) with a bit of water until they mixed, put it into the broth
do the same thing with 2 tablespoon of flour
put 100mL of fresh milk inside
stir well wait until it’s boiled and walaah…. the creme soup is ready to serve
serving size: 2-3 person, best served with bread

100 gr any kind of pasta into boiling water, pour the water out when cooked (about 8-10 minutes)
meanwhile….
1 small-sized chopped garlic, (if you’re a german, you don’t have to use this if you don’t like :D) to fry in a heated olive oil until it smells wonderful and a bit burned
slice some smoke beef or something such as light meat, put into the oil and stir it with the garlic until it cooked
then pour about 200mL fresh milk inside, you could add some sour cream if you like
add white pepper and a bit petercelli (how do you spell this?)
finally, put as much cheese as you like inside!!! yeah!!! this is the most fun part! look at those chesse melt! slluurpss
and you could add some salt if it’s not salty enough…
ok, mix the sauce with the pasta while it still hot! and the 10 minutes carbonara is ready to serve!
additional ingredients: spinach, brokolli, mushroom, paprika, well… anything you could imagine!
serving size: 1 person
